NBS: the output of cement in the first nine months reached 1.69 billion tons, with year-on-year grow

  According to the data that was released by National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), national cement output was 1.69 billion tons in the first nine months of 2019, with year-on-year growth of 6.9 percent; the investment in national fixed asset (excluding rural household) was 46120.4 billion yuan, up by 5.4 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.1 percentage points, compared with that in the first eight months; the investment in national real estate development reached 9800.8 billion yuan, with an increase of 10.5 percent year-on-year, the growth rate was flat over that in the first eight months.

  The Output of Cement

  National cement output was 1.69 billion tons in the first nine months of 2019, with year-on-year growth of 6.9 percent. In September, national cement output was 0.22 billion tons, with year-on-year growth of 4.1 percent.

  The Investment in National Fixed Asset

  In the first nine months of 2019, the investment in national fixed asset (excluding rural household) was 46120.4 billion yuan, up by 5.4 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.1 percentage points, compared with that in the first eight months. From the speed of chain relative ratio, the investment in national fixed asset (excluding rural household) in September increased by 0.41 percent. The private fixed asset investment was 26480.5 billion yuan with an increase of 4.7 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.2 percentage points over that in the first eight months.

  The Investment in Infrastructure

  In the first nine months of 2019, the investment in infrastructure (excluding production and supply of electric power, heating power, gas and water) increased by 4.5 percent year-on-year, the growth rate increased by 0.3 percentage points over that in the first eight months. The investment in railway transportation increased by 9.8 percent, the growth rate dropped by 1.2 percentage points; the investment in road transportation increased by 7.9 percent, the growth rate increased by 0.2 percentage points; the investment in water conservancy management increased by 1.9 percent, the growth rate increased by 1.2 percentage points; the investment in public facility management increased by 0.9 percent, the growth rate dropped by 0.3 percentage points over that in the first eight months.

  In terms of different regions, the investment in eastern region increased by 4.0 percent, the growth rate increased by 0.2 percentage points over that in the first eight months; the investment in central region increased by 9.1 percent, the growth rate dropped by 0.2 percentage points; the investment in western region increased by 5.5 percent, the growth rate increased by 0.3 percentage points; the investment in northwestern region dropped by 4.6 percent, the fall widened by 0.3 percentage points.

  The performance of the Investment in the Real Estate

  In the first nine months of 2019, the investment in national real estate development reached 9800.8 billion yuan, with an increase of 10.5 percent year-on-year, the growth rate was flat over that in the first eight months. The residential investment was 7214.6 billion yuan, which increased by 14.9 percent, the growth rate was flat over that in the first eight months.

  From January to September, the space of buildings under construction of the real estate development enterprises reached 8342.01 million m2, with year-on-year growth of 8.7 percent, the growth rate dropped by 0.1 percentage points over that in the first eight months. The space of residential buildings under construction reached 5836.83 million m2, increased by 10.1 percent year-on-year. The space of construction starts reached 1657.07 million m2, with year-on-year growth of 8.6 percent, the growth rate dropped by 0.3 percentage points. The space of residential construction starts reached 1223.08 million m2, up by 8.8 percent; The space of buildings completed was 467.48 million m2, which dropped by 8.6 percent, the fall slowed to 1.4 percentage points. The space of residential buildings completed was 330.84 million m2, with a decrease of 8.5 percent.

  Besides, the area of land acquisition of the real estate development enterprises was 154.54 million m2, with a decline of 20.2 percent year-on-year, the fall slowed to 5.4 percentage points over that in the first eight months; land transaction price was 818.6 billion yuan, dropped by 18.2 percent year-on-year, the fall slowed to 3.8 percentage points.
