  According to the latest data which was released by NBS(National Bureau of Statistics), national cement output was 1.26 billion tons in the first seven months of 2019, with year-on-year growth of 7.2 percent, and the accumulated growth rate increased by 0.4 percent month-on-month. In July, cement output was 0.21 billion tons, with year-on-year growth of 7.5 percent.

  In the past seven months, the investment in national fixed asset (excluding rural household) was 34889.2 billion yuan, up by 5.7 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.1 percentage points, compared with the past six months. From the speed of chain relative ratio, in July, the investment in national fixed asset(excluding rural household) increased by 0.43 percent. The private fixed asset investment was 21026.7 billion yuan with an increase of 5.4 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.3 percentage points over that in the past six months.

  The Investment in the Infrastructure

  In the first seven months, the investment in infrastructure(excluding production and supply of electric power, heating power, gas and water) increased by 3.8 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.3 percentage points over that in the past six months. The investment in water conservancy management dropped by 0.3 percent, while increased by 1.1 percent in the past six months; the investment in public facility management increased by 0.1 percent, and with a decline of 0.3 percent in the past six months; the investment in road transportation increased by 6.9 percent, the growth rate dropped by 1.2 percentage points; the investment in railway transportation increased by 12.7 percent, the growth rate dropped by 1.4 percentage points.

  The Investment in the Real Estate

  In the first seven months, the investment in national real estate development reached 7284.3 billion yuan, with an increase of 10.6 percent year-on-year, the growth rate dropped by 0.3 percentage points over the past six months. The residential investment was 5346.6 billion yuan, which increased by 15.1 percent, the growth rate dropped by 0.7 percentage points. The residential investment to the real estate investment accounted for 73.4 percent.

  From January to July, the space of buildings under construction of the real estate development enterprises was 7942.07 million m2, with year-on-year growth of 9.0 percent, 0.2 percentage points higher than that in the past six months. The space of residential buildings under construction reached 5541.11 million m2, increased by 10.4 percent year-on-year. The space of construction starts was 1257.16 million m2, with year-on-year growth of 9.5 percent, the growth rate dropped by 0.6 percentage points. The space of residential construction starts was 928.26 million m2, up by 9.6 percent; The space of buildings completed was 373.31 million m2, which dropped by 11.3 percent, the fall slowed to 1.4 percentage points. The space of residential buildings completed was 263.74 million m2, with a decrease of 10.5 percent.

  In the past seven months, the area of land acquisition of the real estate development enterprises was 97.61 million m2, with a decline of 29.4 percent year-on-year, the fall widened by 1.9 percentage points. Land transaction price was 479.5 billion yuan, with a decline of 27.6 percent year-on-year, which was flat over that in the past six months.

  In the past seven months, the space of commercial housing sold was 887.83 million m2, which dropped by 1.3 percent year-on-year, the fall slowed to 0.5 percentage points over that in the past six months. The space of residential buildings sold dropped by 0.4 percent. The space of office buildings sold decreased by 10.8 percent. The space of commercial buildings sold decreased by 13.1 percent. The sales of commercial housing rose 6.2 percent to 8316.2 billion yuan, up 0.6 percentage points. The sales of residential buildings increased by 9.2 percent. The sales of office buildings decreased by 13.3 percent. The sales of commercial buildings decreased by 10.9 percent.
